what people say...

After being a member at more than 12 gyms, I have finally found what I have been searching for! Auburn MMA provides the best workouts I've ever experienced and while seriously challenging, they are always full of excitement and fun. My strength, flexibility, fluidity, endurance, and overall fitness have all increased drastically. I get a major kick out of the fact that I've learned how to take down or tap out people quite a bit larger than me and quite a bit younger than me.

Our Mission

What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail? At Auburn Mixed Martial Arts, we nurture our students in pursuit of the answer. Our purpose is to arm our members with the confidence, respect, and discipline they need to engage the outside world successfully and achieve their lifelong goals.
